In order to create a great experience for you and all of our students, our classes have the following policies:

1. Be on time. Every yoga hammock is individually adjusted for each student’s height. In order to make sure that every student has their hammock adjusted, no late students will be admitted.
2. Wear a t-shirt that covers your underarms and remove all jewelry. To maintain the safety of the hammocks, anything that can snag the material must be removed before class.
3. Please place cell phones on silent and put them away during class. There will be time at the end of class to take pictures to share online or with friends.
4. Honor savasana. During the final relaxation, remain quiet until we announce the end of class.
Please bring a yoga mat, water, and your sense of playfulness to class. We cannot wait to share our passion with you!
