The hammock is rated to hold 2,000 pounds. If you are comfortable moving your body in a snug hammock, please come. Aerial yoga is for every body and we welcome all shapes and sizes.
Not at all! We all started somewhere! Chances are you won’t be the only beginner in class. We are able to modify moves to fit your fitness and flexibility level. “Do not compare your beginning to someone else’s middle.”
Leave all your jewelry at home and your silenced cell phones in your purse or gym bag. Wear a shirt that covers your underarms. Tight or loose capri yoga pants are best. Shorts are not recommended.
