Aerial yoga blends traditional yoga floor poses with the hammock. In a class, we do strength, conditioning, and stretch poses in a fabric loop, or hammock, no higher than three feet off the ground.

Not at all! We all started somewhere! Chances are you won’t be the only beginner in class. We are able to modify moves to fit your fitness and flexibility level. “Do not compare your beginning to someone else’s middle.”
Leave all your jewelry at home and your silenced cell phones in your purse or gym bag. Wear a shirt that covers your underarms. Tight or loose capri yoga pants are best. Shorts are not recommended.
